Millions of peaches

So for all of you that know me (and that should be whoever reads this), you know that I have had an aversion to cooking. So I was pretty excited today to accomplish the culinary task of peeling peaches.

Whipping up some peach shortbread for tomorrow's barbeque, now I just have to make some more ice cream for it.

10 layer jello, there is peach in there somewhere.

been busy this evening in the kitchen (no comments from the peanut gallery)
got this recipe for ice cream going in the freezer to go with this recipe for cake later.
got this recipe for Ratatouille's ratatouille in the oven with some meatloaf. smells good so far.

looks good and tastes good as well.

homemade cake and ice cream came out yummy too!

now we're off to the Carnation Festival to watch some fireworks.
